Purpose and permitted use

Arqaris Research is a free public-information and educational service for reviewing public-company records. It organizes approved public records, performs disclosed deterministic calculations, and presents evidence-linked factual observations. You may use the service for lawful personal research and education.

Not investment advice

Nothing in Arqaris is personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or suitability advice. The product does not recommend buying, selling, or holding a security; provide target prices; guarantee outcomes; or consider an individual’s objectives or circumstances. Verify important details in the linked primary source and consult an appropriately qualified professional when needed.

Data limits and calculations

SEC and other government records can be delayed, amended, incomplete, inconsistent, or temporarily unavailable. Coverage labels describe what Arqaris resolved, not whether a company is attractive. Product-calculated measures are identified and may differ from issuer-defined or third-party measures.

Live market prices are not hosted or redistributed. External price buttons open third-party destinations, which control their own content, availability, terms, and data timeliness.

AI and source safeguards

Automated extraction and explanation can be wrong. A citation identifies the intended support; it does not replace reading the primary record. Arqaris may withhold, mark unavailable, quarantine, correct, or remove a report or module when evidence or validation is insufficient.

Sources, copyright, and links

Public availability does not mean that every source is free of copyright or other use restrictions. Arqaris publishes factual locators, standardized government facts, original explanations, and direct source links; it does not grant permission to copy material owned by a source or third party. External destinations control their own content, terms, privacy practices, availability, and trademarks.

Free and independent service

Arqaris currently charges no subscription fee, carries no advertising or sponsored rankings, receives no issuer or transaction-based compensation, and has no brokerage or adviser relationship with visitors. If that operating model changes, the affected feature must remain unavailable until these terms and the applicable legal, source, and privacy reviews are updated.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe for secrets, interfere with source-rate limits, submit malicious content, overload the service, violate law or another service’s terms, or republish Arqaris as a competing data feed. Do not present Arqaris output as a guaranteed result or individualized recommendation.

Availability

The service may change, pause, or lose access to a source without notice. Reports are provided as available, without a promise that every issuer, filing, metric, or feature will be supported. A failed refresh must not replace the last valid cached report.
